A 1 hour experience that discusses the tools of The Tuning In Practice and offers a simple demonstration of one of the tools like mindfulness, movement, creativity, and community. Fun, intereactive and engaging for everyone to tune into themselves and their surroundings.

Customized Option
Let’s collaborate to customize your Tuning In experience to fit programming concepts or themes of your business or organization. How can we deepen the understanding of mindfulness, movement, creativity or community with your group? Additional supplies and costs will apply.

 

3 Hour Retreat

Starts at $1500

Basic Engagement
A 3 hour experience that engages everyone in the group to tune into how movement, mindfulness, creativity, and their community can enrich their everyday routine. Together we will explore how to use these tools with hands-on demonstrations.

How can we deepen the understanding of mindfulness, movement, creativity or community with your group? Lets get people moving, creating, and being present for their wellbeing. 1 Day Retreat

A one day Tuning In experience that encourages all to explore and interact in mindfulness, movement, creativity and community. With 4-6 hours, we will engage everyone to tune into their passions and work together to define a practice of their own.

The Tuning In Practice

Mindfulness

Creating a daily practice of mindfulness, whether it’s meditation or mindfully walking (just to name a few ways), can help give your brain moments of rest. This will allow you to manage overwhelming feelings when your thoughts are in overdrive. The Tuning In Practice will help you get started being mindful and find ways to practice consistently.

Movement

The Tuning In Practice will meet you wherever you are on your exercise journey. We’re calling it ‘movement’ to present the idea in a broader approach than the typical idea of forcing yourself to go to a gym and sweat. The Practice will help you stay consistent and meet your minimum exercise for the day. No experience needed. This is about listening to your body and getting it to a place you want to be.

Creativity

Everyone is creative in some way! The Tuning In Practice wants you to recognize the creative part of yourself and nurture it so that you have a creative outlet to explore ideas, express yourself, and manage stress in a positive way.

Community

When we are of service to other people, the benefits we receive can outweigh what we are giving. By being of service we are learning more about ourselves, improving our mood, learning new skills, and giving our brains a moment to get out of our own head and really be part of the world around us.
